Refund Policy - the basics
All travel bookings made through Xcelerate Luxury Travel are subject to the cancellation and refund policies of the respective third-party suppliers (including cruise lines, hotels, airlines, and tour operators). Refund eligibility, timelines, and penalties vary by supplier and fare type. Many bookings may be partially or fully non-refundable.
Deposits are typically non-refundable. Refunds, if applicable, are issued by the supplier and may take several weeks to process. Xcelerate Luxury Travel does not control or guarantee refunds.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect your investment against unforeseen cancellations or disruptions.
What to include in the Refund Policy
Generally speaking, a Refund Policy often addresses these types of issues: the timeframe for asking for a refund; will the refund be full or partial; under which conditions will the customer receive a refund; and much, much more.
